Project Overview & Abstract

This project uses Natural Language Processing (NLP) to parse resumes and compare them against job requirements. It provides a match score, highlights missing keywords, and suggests improvements for candidates to increase their chances of selection. Built using Python, NLTK, and a modern web frontend.
