End-to-end data science project utilizing XGBoost and LightGBM models trained on telecom subscriber behavioral patterns. Computes customer lifetime value (CLV), ranks key churn risk factors using SHAP summary plots, and delivers an interactive Streamlit executive decision dashboard.
